George Witwer, CEO & Chairman

George is responsible for executive leadership and vision. He founded HT after 20-years in the publishing industry and leading a LBO to buy the Bluffton News-Banner, a daily newspaper. Prior to this he worked at Proctor & Gamble. In 1996, he was the Republican nominee for Lt. Governor in Indiana. He graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College and received an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Bryan S. Redding, Business Development & General Counsel

Bryan is responsible for the legal protection of HT’s cutting-edge technologies, as well as the general legal issues surrounding a high tech company. Bryan is also charged with overseeing HT’s Enterprise Search Solutions. Prior to joining HT he served the needs of companies and inventors as a partner of a well-known Indianapolis law firm. Prior to this he served as a judicial clerk. He is a registered patent attorney and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law and Purdue University with a degree in mechanical engineering. In addition to his work at HT, Bryan has been asked to serve on numerous local boards and is currently Chairman of the Board for Outreach, Inc. serving the needs of homeless and at-risk youth in Central Indiana.

Michael J. Mulcahy, Sales & Business Development

Mike is responsible for sales leadership and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining HT he served as Managing Director of Viascope International and advised MulitDimensional Digital. Before this he served as Divisional Director, wireless and data products at CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS. He also served as Managing Director/VP at WILLIAMS COMMUNICAITONS (WilTel) in Asia Pacific and he served as Global Director Business Development with INFONET SERVICES Corp and VP Sales with GE CAPITAL/ResCom. Mike was Director, Special Markets with MCI COMMUNICATIONS Corp. He graduated from Ramapo College.
